Challenges Faced by CodeKick

CodeKick encountered challenges in generating quotes in the solar panel industry. Without an integrated layout plan UI, customers depended on external software, and manual input led to time loss and higher costs. This slowed down the quotation process, reduced professionalism, and resulted in customer loss.

Based on customer needs, CodeKick chose Quickr. The automatic generation of layout plans immediately saves time and increases efficiency.

Our Approach.

To ensure a smooth integration, CodeKick needed to gain a deeper understanding of the solar panel industry. Since they were not specialized in this sector themselves, they closely collaborated with Novasole. This team helped CodeKick understand industry-specific terminology and set priorities. Additionally, the user-friendliness and intelligence of Quickr’s interface were crucial for the implementation. Thanks to smart suggestions and integrations, Quickr provided an efficient workflow to generate quotes faster and more accurately.

Implementation

The selected data and tools were carefully integrated into the workflow.

Analysis & Integration Plan

First, CodeKick determined which data points were necessary for the full implementation of the Design App in BLOX. Once a quote is approved by a BLOX user, BLOX retrieves the full Bill of Materials, including yield calculations and key metrics, from Quickr. Based on this data, a complete quote layout is instantly generated.

Support

To ensure an optimal integration process, CodeKick collaborated closely with Novasole. This team provided support in understanding the market and gave advice on how to best implement Quickr within BLOX. Additionally, Novasole assisted CodeKick with technical integration and smart connections so that everything could be seamlessly incorporated into the existing system.

Testing

Since shared customers were already familiar with Quickr, the implementation proceeded smoothly. Existing integrations and data migration were therefore less complex, significantly simplifying the technical implementation. This reduced the risk of errors and ensured a stable and reliable transition.

Release

Within a few days, the integration was fully live in BLOX. There were no unexpected challenges during the implementation, allowing CodeKick to immediately utilize Quickr’s features without complications.
